Thermo Tec technician,Austin, was knowledgeable,courteous and took the time to answer my queries with patience and valuable insights.
When our original techs weren't as efficient as hoped for, we called Thermo Tec in an emergency-- not only did they come in same day, but they had the part we needed on order before they left the building, and got our HVAC back up and running as soon as it arrived. When we brought up a different problem with them, they also got it measured up and had a sheet metal tech come in and fix the secondary problem within days. There's no doubt, Thermo Tec will be our first call next time!
All the kind people at Thermo Tech mechanical , will give you the kind of service you wish you got everywhere else , my experience with them has been outstanding .. and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a heat pump.. I had a three tier heat pump installed in my home , it was completely covered by clean BC , the folks at Thermo Tech helped in all the stages I needed to get my heat pump installed . I highly recommend Thermo Tec. During our home survey, Mike and Julian thoroughly covered all possible options and available rebates for an add-on heat pump to a gas furnace and presented a couple of quotes immediately, helping us greatly in making the best decsion.
