Fantastic customer service through the owner - Geoff. Responsive, respectful and attentive. Used the facilities in both Brockville and Cornwall - both sites are clean and well maintained facilities. Would recommend and/or use again.
Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service, particularly Geoff in Prescott. Always felt he had my needs and best interest at heart. Storage facilities were clean and easily accessible. Geoff went out of his way to make my move in n and my move out experience as easy as possible. Had a small mishap that Geoff resolved promptly and to his credit very fairly. Very trustworthy and honest. Definitely would recommend the Prescott location. Would use again if needed. Thanks Geoff, much appreciated.
