Le 15 décembre 2025, François est venu installer une nouvelle thermopompe chez moi. Seul, par un froid intense, l'installation a été faite de façon parfaite et avec un sourire!!!! Super satisfait! Merci François! Je suis un client de longue date alors que j'habitais une autre maison. Jamais déçu! Je referai affaire avec eux sans aucune hésitation!

Très bon service à la clientèle, bon prix, bons conseils, des installateurs qui travaillent bien et qui prennent le temps qu'il faut pour donner des explications. Très satisfait.
The service is good but expensive. They originally installed my central system (by previous owner) and I called them for service for about 2 years. However I have no choice but to leave since the reception does not provide service in English and it is very difficult to book appointments (even though the technicians do speak both languages). P.S. Thanks for your reply. I did leave a message in voicemail but did not hear back.
