I've gotten two replacement windows and a new front door from Termo Sash Inc. The windows were HUGE and they really worked with me to get just what I wanted. They are friendly and very easy to work with. PLUS, today I needed help getting the windows taken OUT of the frame, to get a piece of furniture in the house that wouldn't fit thru my narrow door ways, and they sent someone out, and he not only showed me how to take the windows out (and then back in) but also helped me heft the heavy item into my house!
