I bought a set of doors on Amazon and due to a new marble surround being put on our fireplace at some point the brackets didn’t fit. After several emails Matt helped me get new brackets made. When they came and I couldn’t figure out how to use them he again helped me with pictures thru email to show me what to do. Fantastic customer service. Thanks Matt!
Our company was there for Big green egg training. We had a great time. We took a tour of the warehouse. they had us build a BGE.. They made us an amazing lunch . (Brisket and chicken thighs) It was a very productive day, Thank you again.
