I contacted Thermo Pros and talked to Micheal on the phone. He was polite and had me walk him through the problems and the solutions I attempted. He told me the likely situation and got me scheduled quickly. When he visited he didn't make a mess and worked well with my dog. He explained the processes behind the AC and helped me understand what he was doing. Extraordinary work and would 100% recommend to anyone.
Excellent work getting my AC running. Worked late into the night to accommodate a tenant moving early a.m. the next day. I greatly appreciate the effort and highly recommended his services
