Always on time fixed my heat over this winter made sure everything was updated and informed me on what it is that was wrong an what it is that need to be done recently reached out to me to make sure everything was still working smoothly and wanted to make sure that my AC was working properly to ensure that I would be comfortable this summer

I contacted Michael with Thermo Pros after a big brand company told me I needed a new Air and Furnace for my home. I wanted a second opinion from a smaller company that I felt I could trust. After Michael examined my invoice from the other company, he showed me where there was no documentation on what if anything was wrong with my current unit.
