Great service! I rarely have an issue with my APU/bunk heater. When I did have a service issue with the heater, Chuck & his crew had great options and got it fixed.
Under-bunk cabin heater on my 8-series Volvo died. After a few nights of idling in sub-freezing temps, finally able to coordinate a stop at this excellent Thermo-King center. Couldn't be happier. When my schedule was firm, called up service manager Josh, explaining the issue. From his comments, and my confirmation of the symptoms, felt it would be an easy repair. No parts. Cover on the thermoking came loose and got all bent up. Low coolant light on they had no idea what was wrong. Doing some checking myself they are known for sending units going bad.
Took me in and done so quickly. Fairly priced also tightened some loosened bolts without extra charge
This company has a man working for them as a parts specialist who spends his evenings going out of his way to troll people online. He's a profoundly unkind man. His name is Chuck Valek. I hope his pointless meanness doesn't leak out on the customers of this company or his coworkers.
