Purchased a truck in May 2024 and had an AP unit installed in June 2024. In less than 30 days from installation, a software update was needed because the unit was not blowing heat. This update required me to return home from out-of-state. Anyone considering buying a TriPak Gen 3 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I’ve had mine on for 15 months and there cannot fix it. I will say this they have tried and tried but corporate has put out a POS as the replacement for the Evolution. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A GEN 3 TRIPAK. I had an Evolution on my last truck worked flawlessly but this new computer controlled one does not and will not ever work properly. If you feel like wasting $15000 of your hard earned money get one and be disappointed!
