Had a bunk heater issue (warranty about to expire) so I called these guys up and they said bring it in. Got in before they anticipated, heater just needed Serviced but they also found the engine fan was locked up. Authorized them changing it to find out the fan was pushed into my fuel tank from the apu being poorly installed. Moved my fuel tank forward to accommodate room, put me back together and was rolling inside a few hrs. I just had a full PM done on my Tri-Pak APU. Addition to changing oil, and all of the filters, they also adjusted the belts. Considering the belts were put on 6+ months ago at the Knoxville Tennessee, they likely stretched out a little. Also, they noticed that both the apu’s radiator and a/c condenser were dirty, so they rinsed those out also. Sounds good. The techs are competent and diligent at this shop. Been going to Thermokings for 10 years all over the country. Hands down the best TK I've been to yet. Even though they were overflow busy, they made space for me to drop my trailer and got me rolling as soon as they could. This TK is not only highly competent; the level of customer service is unparalleled. They truly care about doing a great job.
