Worst service ever… both on phone as well as in bay… Mike made every excuse for us not to come in on his short day… when he finally accepted we were coming in to fix an oil leak that another shop didn’t fix, he made a huge show of taking off the hose and valve that everyone claimed to not be secured properly… then said that we dont have an oil leak bt just over flow in our pan from our PM the week prior… spent about 15 talking shit about the other shops we had been too and said he fixed our issue… Little did he know that he ... read more
Had an oil leak from a service at another ThermoKing location. Called this location because they were open on Saturdays and was put in contact with Mike the after hours tech. Mike did and said everything possible to get me to go anywhere but here. Told me he couldn’t fix the issue before we even got there and that attitude didn’t change much once arriving.
