This place must be in trouble their billing is outrageous and they are gouging aswell as overcharging. Watch your invoices.
These guys are as top notch as it comes. I had espar heater issues late in the day while on an entertainment tour with very limited time. They got me straight in, serviced my heater, got me out the door within an hr with a more than reasonable bill. At the same time, another driver on the same tour had issues with a carrier APU, he had gotten parts but carrier closed at 4:30 and thermo king was open till 8:00. I had trouble with the apu on the truck,It's a tripac, it coded out with the ac,I was very pleased,service greeter greeted me with ,how can I put this?Working man demeanor,just as I like it. they immediately said they would take care of me when I could get there,took me in first thing as soon as I arrived, had me out the door in timely order.very happy with the service,
