Pleasant people
Amazing costumer service, from the office staff to the technicians. They fixed our APU. We got there around 10 in the morning and they did have a wait since we didn’t have an appointment. They were really busy which we understand since it’s the middle of summer. They have a waiting area which is nice and they let us wait in there with our two cats. By the time they where able to get to our truck it was pretty late (4pm) and they where gonna close soon (5pm) we where told that they would have to fix it till the next day since... read more
Manager Bruce and technician Matt were very understanding, we explained our situation, really understood our plight, and helped save our trailer full of load because they took the time to listen to our concern and request. I'll take my hat off for the tech Matt very very professional took the the time to explain things about my APU very thural so I could understand everything thing going on. Very disappointing emergency service experience at this Thermo King location. Cash is the only accepted payment method, and the warranty is essentially useless here. If you have a box truck with a Thermo King unit on the roof and are willing to pay around $1,000 in cash, they still refuse to provide service. Well done, Thermo King — a real emergency lifesaver.
