Awesome... Awesome... Awesome!! Our mechanic was very knowledgeable. This was our second time at a Thermo king. This location was able to replace some equipment that should have been caught at the first location. Very fast and convenient!!

SHOUT OUT!!!! MATT F. @THERMO KING NORTH EAST. HE NOT ONLY FIXED MY SISTER AND I UNIT! HE SOLVED THE MYSTERY OF OUR FLICKERING LIGHT'S INSIDE OUR IN-CAB SLEEPER, THAT DECIDED TO JUST NOT WORK. MATT (SOLVED THE CHEESE TRAP) HE WAS FOLLOWING, AND FIXED OUR LIGHTS!!! HE DESERVES A PAY RAISE! MORE PEOPLE LIKE MATT ARE NEEDED IN THE WORK PLACE. HE WAS PLEASANT AND SANG WHILE HE WORKED, LOL. Matt did a very professional job in diagnosing and repairing my APU as my truck’s motor blew the oil cooler in which the apu became plugged. Matt was in touch through the process. I recommend these guys . Thank you Matt
