Haven’t had a good experience with this dealership. They misdiagnosed the issue & charged me for the service. I then got it diagnosed from outside & found the actual issue but I had to pay for diagnosis separately. I explained all this to the dealership along with all the receipts but no compensation was given. I’d stay away if you don’t want to be overcharged for a fix.
This is a good location. The customer service is pretty decent. The staff are very nice and friendly. Their yard on the other hand is fairly tricky because they are always full of trailers. However I have no complaints about this location. Update 7-18-25 Just got my tripac fixed and its actually finally running proper and working correctly. Thank you to the mechanic that fixed it. I'm very thankful.
I’ve been coming to these guys for the past 8 months for all repairs related to my reefer unit on my Transit van, and I can’t say enough good things about the service here. They are absolutely amazing — always welcoming, honest, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this Thermo King location and a big shoutout to Kristi and Janet for consistently going above and beyond!
