As the heavy truck supervisor here at Bedford ford, I was having a hard time finding a part for an ambulance. Called Mike and within 2 days he was able to locate me what I needed and overnight ship it to me. I had the best service anyone could have asked for !
This place was awesome. My APU quit on me on a Sunday of course. I came in Monday morning, they got me right in. Super friendly and professional! My alternator had went out. I was so relieved it was under warranty. Highly recommend this place! Clean restrooms and very nice and comfy waiting area.
I truthfully had no issue with them! Went in for a p.m,. found out after running it on a computer a couple of other issues plus low freon. They Took care of it. Been running well since. Price is decent. pair to other Northern shops so I have no issue at all .

This place is very unprofessional and one of the worst places I have had apu serviced at. They overcharge for their not so good service. Moral of the story if you want a problem or issue fixed don’t come here.
