I just want to say thank you for getting me in on a late notice. In and out for a diagnostic and battery replacement under 30 mins. I spoke with Mr. Steve and he did amazing job by guiding me and taken care of my service. Will definitely return here for future maintenance. I would also like to thank Mr. Trevor the service advisor; who helped me out and managed to prioritize the job since it’s a quick fix. Thank you Portland Thermo King.
Absolutely zero communication and rude employees talking inappropriate to their customers! Nolan from parts took a payment of 8 PM kits in the total amout of over $2000, promised to deliver them in 1-2 days, then simply dissappeared for a week without any updates! His co-worker decided that instead of an apology, a misbehavior and rude attitude toward a customer is a much better idea! I went to have my V200 Max refrigerator diagnosed; the compressor was missing power. After the diagnosis, the mechanic said all the components were fine and the fuse was intact (which I'd already checked at home). They said the freon level in the system was low and that was the cause. They charged me $183 for this terrible diagnosis, which didn't diagnose anything and then decided it was due to low freon (they wanted another $500).
