I went to have my V200 Max refrigerator diagnosed; the compressor was missing power. After the diagnosis, the mechanic said all the components were fine and the fuse was intact (which I'd already checked at home). They said the freon level in the system was low and that was the cause. They charged me $183 for this terrible diagnosis, which didn't diagnose anything and then decided it was due to low freon (they wanted another $500). Yesterday an employee aggressively approached me while I was walking my 4 year old daughter to the park demanding me to explain to him why I had previously reported to his company that his work truck has continuously parked within several feet from my driveway in front of my home. He told me his name was ‘Josh’ (Work vehicle license plate number BI 869 - Idaho plates).
