Worst experience ever as a paying customer. My unit displayed a code 26, refrigerant low. Unit is a Thermo King 880R. I drove in the repair shop at 9:30 am and spoke with service representative at counter about why I was there. He to me to wait for a bit. They will definitely get to me to do a top off on my refrigerant. Then at 11:30, he told me they can’t do it today. How is this service? A total waste of time.
It is really hard to express my emotions the way you could understand what I feel now but I will try. In my last trip(frozen -10F) from Canada to NJ I started seeing that my TK C600 was not capable to bring the temp lower than -3F. So I checked the sight glass on the receiver-drier and found that the little ball is lying on the bottom which usually means that the freon level is low. I own 42 reefers with TK S-600 units and regularly work with Thermo King dealers across the country. I have never been ignored or left without after-hours service—until I dealt with this location. My truck arrived fully loaded on a Saturday morning for an emergency repair. Despite multiple attempts, TK after-hours dispatch was unable to reach a technician for over three hours. Had issues during the night decided to make it here and camp out for the evening, not much room to park but when I did get seen in morning the guy helping was friendly and realistic on options available vs needed fix(es). Made sure to get me right as I was loaded and reefer was not where it was supposed to be. Prices were expected for emergency service but service was great
Verry nice peoplewaited for me to pick up my part and they eaven let me change it my self on there Property tank you verry much
