Great service techs
They don't care for emergency Called Chriss multiple times and he just don't care answering or calling back TK is the worst reefer dealer in USA
Absolute rip off and crooks!!! Was there 2hrs and charged $1017 for a AC Clutch,Belt,Condesor wash and hooking there lil computer up. Said they charge a flat rate no matter how long it takes. Only thermo king i have ever ran into that. Then the technician couldn't even adjust the belt correctly (loose squealing)and had to have my shop do that. Avoid this place!!!
I gave 2 stars for getting me in and out quick but the guy in the service department with one arm is so rude and aggressive towards me ...i see others complaining online about him in other reviews how is he allowed to be like that to people
