My name is Raul.#3oo7 JS Helwig Driver. This morning I contacted Amanda there at Thermo King. I then called our shop at our terminal. I was in Urbana Illinois. When they said they could fit me in today I made it there as quickly as possible. I dropped my trailer. 15 minutes later Trevor came out to my truck and directed me into the bay. Trevor let me do a little cleaning in my sleeper while he got to work. Trevor had me out of there in less than 2 hours. He found the problem with my AC fixed it and I was back on the road. Stopped in to buy an alternator. The lady at the counter was very nice, efficient, and helpful. I will be back.
I Was having problems with my apu not getting any power. I had tried many different things and not having any luck. I called and talked to Kyle. After troubleshooting it over the phone and telling me somethings to check and look at we got it figured out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them. When it’s time to replace my apu I will be sure to take it to them!
