Friendly Folks, professional team on site. bring in my reefer trailer for a quick repair. Kevin is a great gentleman to work with, he even offered me fresh coffee while waiting on the service.
I was having trouble with my Tripac. I went as far with it as I could. I called UTK, and the woman that answered, checked with the Service manager, and told me to come right in, they'd work me in. I got there roughly a half an hour later, checked in, and was told the tech would get to me as soon as he could. I looked out my passenger mirror 10 minutes later, and Gary, was working on the Tripac. It took him about 15-25 minutes to find the problem, and I was back on the road in an hour. Top notch washout
Can't do a washout because their hose is frozen. Did yall not store it? It's winter... it's not hard to put shit away. But not doing it at all today? Biggest lie ever.
Great people to work with my espar heater went out and they stayed late to fix it. So I can have heat in my truck top notch guys I would recommend them to anyone for apu needs.. thank again nick
