The battery is not recharging while the reefer is running (alarm code 25). An issue when on cycle mode. They diagnosed the issue as the alternator & replaced it so I could grab my next load.

I work for a trucking company and deal directly with the service manager at this location on a daily basis. They regularly exceed my expectations and always are honest and professional. I wish every shop was as easy to work with as the team in Hillard. Updating my review in August 2024 just to say that Transport Specialists is still doing amazing work!

Very bad experience he’s working 20 minutes, but he’s gonna charge me one hour labor if you ask, why are you gonna charge me one hour labor he have an excuse that’s my policy lol🤣 also expensive parts. Be careful guys

Writing a review more on the tech side. Shops and dealerships are not required nor obligated to share information or burn their time helping someone on the phone with a technical question needed to help their own needs. Bruce gave me the most patience and help that I could ever ask for in solving a software issue here at PFM Fleet Service and did not hesitate to stick with me through the process and give pointers to the best of his knowledge.
