I really injoyed working with these people very upfront and promising. Had an issue with my thermal king apu and they worked me in very quickly...and explained the issue will come back to them again thank you thermal king in Hillard, Ohio crew
Trust the negative reviews this facility needs to be closed there the worse around and it’s not even close instead of finding the solution they throw parts at it not even knowing if its fixed THEY CHARGED me 2000$ for one part and it’s still not working right Took it back still not working I called and the lady said to me they can’t fix it they’ve tried everything joke of a TK there techs are the worse It’s your money but there not getting anymore of mine bbb here I come.
Came here because my job said to get repaired here. No opening until next week. No room to maneuver in yard park on the street
