This company was sent out through First American warranty. (The Mississippi regional area)Very unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable company I have ever dealt. On initial arrival the service was not accurately diagnosed or resolved. The problem persisted and technician refused to come back to address to actual issue.
My family and I always contact Hani for commercial and residential HVAC needs over the last 12 years. Hani and his company operate with great integrity and high efficiency. Thank you Hani for all of your help throughout so many years.
