Andy was recommended through a friend. We are so glad we went with the referral because our experience was fantastic and exceeded all expectations. If I could award Hiko/Andy TEN stars, I definitely would. He is very knowledgeable, very polite and willing to go above and beyond what is expected. Also, he is fast and efficient and likes to explain what he has done and, as an added bonus, his prices are extremely reasonable. When he left here around lunchtime, he had six more calls to do, which says a lot for his reputation. 100% recommended.
I phoned Reko last week as I had a big brown mark on the glass of my gas fireplace which just appeared the day before. He said he was in my building and would be there in 5 minutes! He came took the fireplace apart adjusted the flame and cleaned all the glass. I would 100% recommend him - he is such a pleasant helpful man. Plus the price was amazing !!
