I contacted this company to ask about a fireplace service, and they replied, “Don’t really know what you’re talking about, send me pics.” I sent the photos to the same number where they had previously answered me, followed up, and they never replied me back.

Absolutely outstanding. One of the most solid guys you will ever meet. Honest, caring and a perfectionist. We had a furnace and heat pump installed and it wasn’t an easy job, but was completed on time and with the utmost care. 10 stars from us.

If I could award Hiko/Andy TEN stars, I definitely would. He is very knowledgeable, very polite and willing to go above and beyond what is expected. Also, he is fast and efficient and likes to explain what he has done and, as an added bonus, his prices are extremely reasonable. When he left here around lunchtime, he had six more calls to do, which says a lot for his reputation. 100% recommended.
