Annette Molina is the absolute worst of the worst. Looks messy and dirty and has horrible breath. Worst customer service I've ever had.
Gayle forte is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She just sends out random service orders with no explanations and when asked very clearly and directly about the order she refuses to answer simple questions and dances around the question. She clearly does not understand her job or is just terrible at it. Clearly thermo needs to do better on training its employees.
