unfinished Got a reasonable bid from a friendly voice and requested the work to be done. Since I'm out of town, had to send a check in advance - sent full amount - my trusting mistake. The work was soon done, but not finished. 3 times I called and each time a promise that the work was to be completed the next day. After one month of waiting I'm getting someone else to finish it. They said they'd pay the bill... we'll see.

Recommended! This company did a great job for me, even if thingsd didn't go perfect. I called for an estimate, & they came out within the same day. Helpful salesman. Their downpayment was reasonabal (wish they took credit cards, oh well), and I got a order confirmation within 2 days. Only thing was the delay- it took three weeks insted of two, but they always kept me posted. Anyway, the installers were professional and did six big windows in one day. Don't waste your time I foolishly went with this company to have the windows in my house replaced. As soon as they got the money I never heard from them again. Luckily for me I paid with a credit card and got my money back. They asked for cash. I can't believe they are still in business I can only hope that it won't be for much longer.
