Can’t say enough great things about Bobby, his service and help. Called in the middle of night with house flooding and Bobby came out right away. They worked hard to remove all water and dry out the home. Have used them before to clean rugs with good results also. Give Bobby a call you won’t be disappointed.

Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. Thanks for a job well-done!!!
