I live in a fairly old condo building that Thermo Cool knows well and services regularly. Our unit was having AC issues (the air wasn’t cooling properly), and fortunately, when we called (the phone was picked up quickly), a team was already on-site servicing other units, so the technician was able to come over immediately after. The rates were reasonable for the task as well. I would definitely recommend their services!
Absolutely horrible service. Technicians waste your time by trial & error method without any technical know-how.
Always a great experience with ThermoCool, great service, great support and knowledgeable, pleasant, careful technicians.
