My neighbor and I have a shared drive and decided to use TAR for sealcoating. The initial sealcoat in 2023 seemed to go well, no concerns. Come the following spring (2024), noticed a good portion of the sealcoat had come off. We contacted TAR, they came out to do an assessment and agreed there was an issue.
