Would not use. Asphalt was suppose to be 4 inches thick they only made it 2 inches thick. In less than a year the asphalt is crumbling from improper seal. Asphalt has major sink spots. After months of them telling me they would repair it it is clear they are not coming. Currently in a law suit
Steve and his team are great. They redid the parking lot at work and it looked so good I had them come out and do my driveway. It looks AMAZING.
My neighbor and I have a shared drive and decided to use TAR for sealcoating. The initial sealcoat in 2023 seemed to go well, no concerns. Come the following spring (2024), noticed a good portion of the sealcoat had come off. We contacted TAR, they came out to do an assessment and agreed there was an issue. Had TAR Inc Pave and change the parking lot stalls on my property they did an amazing job and the parking stalls are perfect. Best in the area by far
