The rudest non-profressional so called business people I have ever dealt with. They really need to work on better customer service because, they don't let you get a word in, instead the wife says your interrupting her while she's speaking, if you ask her to please listen to you she gets snotty with you and hangs up on you. Then the husband calls back after the wife and is rude. These are the owners. They need to hire decent people to answer their calls and they should just run the business! Horrible service!!! They were to replace an ac wall unit. They replaced the old with a new unit that also had a heater which we didn't ask for. The new unit had a different Amp and the cord was on the opposite side of the wall box to holding. SO they naturally shoved it in, no insulation, bent the back of wall frame and proceeded to use a screwdriver to shove the cord in. Had them come back out and the only guy they sent couldn't get it out. Then we were informed we need to hire an electrician because the plug didn't match o... read more
So in January of 2024 this company was sent out because I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and this is who they use and the company told me that I had a heat pump problem they put me off for two and a half weeks in the middle of winter and then the guy came out done the work and charged me. And now here we are July of 2025 a year and a half later and my AC has froze up due to the shouting work that was done by this company. They were supposed to run nitrogen through the system after they welded the part back... read more
