So in January of 2024 this company was sent out because I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and this is who they use and the company told me that I had a heat pump problem they put me off for two and a half weeks in the middle of winter and then the guy came out done the work and charged me. And now here we are July of 2025 a year and a half later and my AC has froze up due to the shouting work that was done by this company. Avoid at all costs
they came out to fix an ac that was covered under warranty it took 6 weeks in record breaking heat. it’s worth noting not only are they terrible with time management, their ar personnel is incompetent, technicians are surly and unpleasant, they have zero customer service skills. I would not choose to hire thermex if they were the last hvac company on earth… but i don’t have to tell you that, the 2 star rating speaks for itself.
