Thermex Solutions or Thermal IQ. If I could give zero or a negative star rating I would. My strong recommendation is do not waste your money and time with this company. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra to a quality chiller provider and wear the promise of a month longer delivery time. If the guy you are dealing with answers to the name of Andrew, do not place the order, run for the hills, save yourself the stress and wasted time and money. Be very careful . Check their credit rating ( very low) .We ordered water chillers - were 3 months late - never heard so many excuses . Very poor quality - had to fix various leaks , panels cut uneven and not flush , faulty fan unit , issues with wiring ; wont honour any warranties.

Got a 60k order with these guys. Paid 30k upfront to get order moving. Terrible communication. Never picks up his phone or responds to emails and order is 3months late. so I don't know if this is company is actually legitimate or a scam.. buyer beware
