I can't actually say a lot about their service because I called with an issue. The individual that answered the phone talked me through a couple of potential causes and recommended that I check those prior to them sending out a technician. They did point me to the problem and I have the freezer back up and runnin for less than $20. Greatly appreciate that they were more interested in helping then just sending a technician to make money.

These people are very superior commercial contractors, Mike and Brian are extremely smart and knowledgeable about there products and can provide nearly perfect service. If you own a business that relies on commercial Refrigeration equipment, put Mike and Brian on your list of contacts.
