Great service. The broken part was quickly replaced by the technician Ali. He even replaced the old hose insulation on our unit. If we ever need more work done we will be calling Thermex again.
We had an issue with our furnace, and another technician told us it needed to be completely replaced. Thankfully, Ali took the time to properly inspect it and was able to fix the problem without full replacement. He was professional, honest, and clearly experienced. Highly recommended!
