They’re very expensive and they don’t seem very experienced either. All they do is sweet talk and ripping you off your money. I called them for cooling, HRV service as well as for Thermostat wiring connection for $125 (as pre-discussed at the time of booking). When they arrived, they only did the cooling Servicing for that price which was literally just washing the fins in the external unit which literally took 15 mins. That’s ridiculous. Never calling them again.
I got my AC replaced with these guys. They are very professional and after sale service is really good.
I got a new heat pump and furnace installed by ThermEnergy (Kalapi & team) back in June 2023. Kalapi clearly explained about the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program and the specs of the equipment I was buying. ThermEnergy ensured efficient and timely installation. They were responsive to my questions and requests throughout the process. I've referred them to my friends already and will continue to do so, and look forward to using their services again in the future.
