Really happy with our new boiler and with the service from Thermelec Solutions. Lee and his team were professional, gave great advice, were hard working and have done a great job. Highly recommend!
The boiler installed with no issues but not good at other jobs. Got a new bath fitted and the edge of the bath was left too far from the tile edge. Got a thick line of silicone that quickly started detaching itself from the surface. Looks botched. Also not good communication.
Very positive experience throughout the process. I have enquired about the boiler on Ideal website and was contacted by Thermelec. After briefly speaking with Lee, he arrived and explained the options. No pushy sales or dodgy repairs. We went for a new boiler and scheduled the job. Very professional and great customer service. Also thanks for sorting the flame issue on a Sunday. I would highly recommend this company.
We cannot recommend Thermelec Solutions (and Lee) enough! We had a leak from our hot water tank 2 days before we went on holiday and Lee came out as soon as he could (within a few days) to cut our water supply off to ensure that our house was safe from further damage whilst we were away which gave us peace of mind and meant we were able to enjoy our holiday as planned.
