I've been using the WA Thermelec branch for about 18mo after losing faith with the last couple of companies. When I first enquired, I was told by the lady that "we are the best", which was something she later reconfirmed when booking a service. Since then, they have been out three times in 6mo for various repairs and adjustments to stop overflows, replace solenoids, float valves. The latter has now had three adjustments. After my last experience, I won't bother going back to them. Every time something was fixed I would get another Error message. I paid $770 back in January for a control box. I was supposed to get pads. I didn't go through with it, thankfully.
Comprehensive range of spare parts, knowledgeable and friendly staff,. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They came out today replaced a solenoid, was quoted $120 if solenoid was faulty cos they came out in December, 3 months ago and the solenoid was under warranty and said that they would not charge labour. Any way charged me a total of $189. When I spoke to the lady on the phone about it she was rude and said that was cheap and if I didn't like it they can come and take the solenoid out.
