I bought a refurbished Dyson for $90 from him 3 days ago. I used it once when I got home, and the brush roll wasn't working. I brought it back for a refund today and he told me they won't except refunds and tried to sell me another used vacuum. There are signs posted that say 'no CASH refunds'.
