Whomever answered the phone so I could try and find out where my order was, was the most unpleasant person I have ever tried to have a conversation with, thank god I have the option to dispute the charge on my credit card, why would a customer pay for 1 to 3 day shipping and not get it by the 3rd to 4th day and they think its ok, the guy was so rude I barely got a word in and then he was so professional he hung up the phone on me, shouldnt be in business!

I bought a refurbished Dyson for $90 from him 3 days ago. I used it once when I got home, and the brush roll wasn't working. I brought it back for a refund today and he told me they won't except refunds and tried to sell me another used vacuum. There are signs posted that say 'no CASH refunds'. I used a debit card for my purchase and he refused to refund any of my money. He tried to sell me another piece of junk for more money, saying I could have credit.
