Called this company numerous times. Kept getting runaround. Gave me tons of excuses. The manager's name was Doug R******. First he could not find my estimate from last year, then he told me he sold his business. There's a shocker. Wanted to have my Fla room insulated with a spray on the roof. This guy has more excuses than leaves on a tree. Stay away from him. Do NOT do busy with this individual. Does not return call promptly. Leaves you hanging.

Called me from an estimate from October, took some time to find his estimate, yes Therma Pros was sold back in September and the new owner/manager decided to close the company. I was trying to find someone to do this specialized product on Rory's home, but from the sounds of it he does not want my free help. I don't return calls in 10 minutes as I have a full time job and can't always get back with former estimates.
