WATCH OUT! I can't be more disappointed with this company's work and the way they chose to go about their business. We hired them to diagnose and fix our broken ice machine. AFTER they completed the work by installing a new motor (which cost nearly half as much as a new machine), they decided to let me know that even with the new motor the machine would die soon anyway. I usually don’t do review, but the way this company dealt with me is worth sharing. First they said that mechanic would be there late in the day then I called them around 3 to check and they said that they never promised me, I told them this is disappointing. They booked me for Thursday, I called again to confirm and they told me now they can’t do Thursday as well. I mean how unprofessional can you get. WORST customer service EVER.
Thermaltech installed a dual fuel system for us May 2025. Very professional crew great service... reasonable rates and in and out in a day. Highly recommend these guys.
Thermaltech is hands down the best HVAC company from Chilliwack to Vancouver,,and the surrounding area. I had a very upsetting experience with no hot water for days, and these amazing people came to my rescue. The utmost in customer service as well as amazing workmanship by their team!!! Shout out to Greg, Candace, Bev, James, Dan and Adam!!! I am absolutely over the top appreciative of you all. Thank you for making my day, month, year!!!
