I usually don’t do review, but the way this company dealt with me is worth sharing. First they said that mechanic would be there late in the day then I called them around 3 to check and they said that they never promised me, I told them this is disappointing. They booked me for Thursday, I called again to confirm and they told me now they can’t do Thursday as well. I mean how unprofessional can you get. WORST customer service EVER.
Thermaltech installed a dual fuel system for us May 2025. Very professional crew great service... reasonable rates and in and out in a day. Highly recommend these guys.
Thermaltech is hands down the best HVAC company from Chilliwack to Vancouver,,and the surrounding area. I had a very upsetting experience with no hot water for days, and these amazing people came to my rescue. The utmost in customer service as well as amazing workmanship by their team!!! This is the second time that I’ve used this company, and in my particular case, it related to a furnace for geothermal heating. Both times I got prompt and professional service. Bev the lady who answers the phone is friendly and proficient. Adam came out for the first call and gave me some advice and I proceeded to get preventative maintenance done and he did the work on the follow up visit.
