Door install went well, it opens and closes and looks nice. now i just have to clean up all the dust that was left behind. literally have to mop and dust my entire first floor and upstairs. installers didn't hang any plastic. I called to pay the remainder of my bill and they agreed not to charge me the 2% credit card fee as consolation. so ... i'll use someone else next time.
I've used thermal craft 3 times over the past 5-10 years. They've installed doors and windows of all types in all levels of my home. I had no problems with anything: the contracts were clear, the owners communicated well, the installations went as planned, and the products held up. About to contact them again. Price could be a bit lower, but otherwise, I'd definitely recommend them!
We had Thermalcraft replace one window and a sliding door in our home. When Jim, the owner, came out we wanted to make sure that since one window is being replaced that it would match with all the other windows in the home; this seemed like a simple concept. In April 2017; I ordered to replace 4 windows in basement with a reasonable price, quoted by Mr. Barry ********* Barry is nice guy and easy to deal with. The installer came on time and finish the installation. After he left; I found out all 4 windows can't remove for cleaning purposes as said. I called Barry and he send the people to come to check; I believe this guy from ****** window manufacture.
