Derek answered my call right away for an industrial request and showed up on site that same day for a free quote. He was a pleasure to get to know and explained his education and past experience and areas of knowledge. Derek installed my furnace 5 years ago and I was very impressed with his work. He takes care to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. Best of all, he is honest and friendly. You'd expect someone to charge a bit more for this type of service, but his pricing is lower than any of the large companies. Yesterday I contacted him as my furnace was not working.
