I had called Thermal Technology several times in the past to work on a cheap heat pump and they were fast and efficient and were always trying to save me money. This time I called them it was Sunday morning. They happily stopped by to look at my unit on the way home from another job, and refused any payment because it was 5 minutes and a simple fix. I'm not saying they will do this every time but I tried to pay something and they wouldn't accept it. I will certainly continue using Thermal Technologies service in the future.
