They were referred by American Home Shield. The scheduler was beyond rude and constantly overtalked me. My AC was not working and she scheduled 4 days out. After hanging up I checked their reviews and immediately called a trusted local company and ended up paying $650. They came immediately and it was well worth it to have a reputable company fix my AC. I will not be renewing AHC. Not worth the monthly fee when they provide such inferior providers.

Thank you Thermal HVAC Repair Service! I was so impressed with their thoroughness when I called them for air duct cleaning after moving into a new house. The technicians were courteous and kind, and they worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. They even found a few issues with my HVAC system that I was unaware of, which they fixed right away.

Incredibly awful!! Joe came out when I called regarding my AC unit. He refused to go into attic and even put his eyes on the air handler. Said unit was low on Freon. Put in one lb. Told me they don’t look for leaks for 1lb Freon??? Repeatedly asked him if he was sure it was fixed. 2 weeks later, AC went out again. I called the office and the woman refused to talk to me. Second HVAC company came out, found the problem in the air handler. Yes the one Joe refused to look at. Disgusting service.
