Thank you Thermal HVAC Repair Service! I was so impressed with their thoroughness when I called them for air duct cleaning after moving into a new house. The technicians were courteous and kind, and they worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. They even found a few issues with my HVAC system that I was unaware of, which they fixed right away.

Incredibly awful!! Joe came out when I called regarding my AC unit. He refused to go into attic and even put his eyes on the air handler. Said unit was low on Freon. Put in one lb. Told me they don’t look for leaks for 1lb Freon??? Repeatedly asked him if he was sure it was fixed. 2 weeks later, AC went out again. I called the office and the woman refused to talk to me. Second HVAC company came out, found the problem in the air handler. Yes the one Joe refused to look at. Disgusting service.
Worst service ever! The scheduler was very rude and basically told me my unit will not hold up in extreme heat, so when I asked why didn’t they report that to my insurance, she then proceeded to over talk me, but wanted to play victim when I responded. They have been to my home three times in the past 60-days and I came home yesterday to no air. The last time the technician didn’t even submit what was wrong to the company. They have been to my home so much the technician was able to tell me the layout of the home. Ridiculous
