I called the office today and received amazing customer service from the receptionist. She is a wealth of knowledge and was willing to help me in any way she could. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you again!
My 2 AC units broke down one in July and one in August, we got very hot summer this year! Fortunately we have great home warranty with American Home Shields, even more luckily AHS dispatched TTH and got the AC fixed within 2-3 days after we requested the service. Tim is a great technician and gentleman of both professionalism and perfection. Me and my family would definitely rate him and TTH Five Stars with deep appreciation, and strongly recommend this vendor for anyone in their service area. They are the best, thanks again... read more
The manager Jaimi was very helpful and polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend
Jamie if that is her name. Answered the phone for thermal tech. I asked one question and it was my first question she was rude dismissive and ignorant about customer service if I could give this company a 0 I would. She needs to be repermended
