They exceeded our expectations. Our AC was working again within 48 hours of knowing there was a problem. The technician was very courteous and professional. He resolved the problem in a very short time. We will definitely use this heating and air service again.
**Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service** I was referred to this company by Home Shield, but my experience was disappointing from the moment I called. The person who answered the phone (presumably the receptionist) was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t ask who I was, didn’t confirm any details, and simply stated, “Your appointment is from 9 to 12.” I was taken aback by her tone and asked if she was okay. They were referred by American Home Shield. The scheduler was beyond rude and constantly overtalked me. My AC was not working and she scheduled 4 days out. After hanging up I checked their reviews and immediately called a trusted local company and ended up paying $650. They came immediately and it was well worth it to have a reputable company fix my AC. I will not be renewing AHC. Not worth the monthly fee when they provide such inferior providers.

The technicians were courteous and kind, and they worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. They even found a few issues with my HVAC system that I was unaware of, which they fixed right away.
