I was worried as all after reading these reviews. My home warranty company AHS made the appointment with them. My heat was not working. They came out and were able to fix it the same day! It was simply taking it apart, cleaning a bunch of igniters, and put it back together. He spent extra time really cleaning it like new. He was very respectful and got it done. So maybe I got lucky but it can work out well.
Like all the other reviews, this was a bad experience from start to finish. We had an extremely rude individual on the phone for scheduling. When I reached out for updates, they said you have them already (I didn't). Hostility each time you call in. For the team at Thermal Tech, remember you get much further in life with kindness. Hope things get better for ya'll

Do not use this company they are scammers ...My warranty company AHS sent out thermal Tech technician he told me my unit had been abused and misused and I would need to replace the entire system my warranty company denied my claim because thermotech told them I abused my system.. another company came out Air Design replaced a capacitor and fixed a wire I was up and running in less than an hour and a half do not use this company they are scammers
Our 25 year old AC recently stopped working, and our home warranty contracted with thermal tech for the repair. We were concerned after reading reviews, but Tim went above and beyond to fix our unit! He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
