Tim was very friendly and explained everything he was doing during the tune up and did not try to sell me on anything
Worst company ever. Very unprofessional and Rude people working for them. There is a reason they are rated so low at 1 star (because you cant give them Rating 0). Scheduled for yearly maintenance. The tech guy came and broke one unit and left. Stay away from this company
I had a very disappointing experience with Thermal Tech Heating & Air Conditioning and would strongly encourage anyone to get a second opinion before moving forward with major repairs. They diagnosed my system as having a failed coil and told me I needed a full unit replacement—an extremely expensive and unnecessary recommendation. I received exceptional service from Tim during my recent AC tune-up! From start to finish, he was courteous, professional, and thorough. He explained the completed services in great detail and went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning properly. I was especially impressed by the time he took to conduct a very diligent inspection. I am incredibly grateful that Tim was assigned to my appointment.
