My home warranty company referred me to Thermal Tech. I was nervous after ready the reviews; while the scheduler isn’t the friendliest, she was efficient and got me scheduled quickly. Tim, the tech that came out was the best. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything step by step.
As others have stated, receptionist was extremely rude and curt.
This people are scammers, they were assigned by Home Shield my warranty company. First the tech they sent , you can tell he hates his job, they came to my house and told me the warranty company will not cover because someone purposely vended a prone in the compressor, I need to get a new unit. What he didn't know is I had a different company the day prior who the diagnosis was to change the capacitor. They came and purposely damage my unit for me to fix it with them. WORST COMPANY EVER!
Terrible service. Wouldn’t even try to fix my problem. This company exists to scam home warranty companies into paying them to show up, even though they’ll find some reason to talk the warranty company into not covering the work. He talked HSA into not covering the work, so he made a $250 service fee without having to actually do anything. What a scammer.
They exceeded our expectations. Our AC was working again within 48 hours of knowing there was a problem. The technician was very courteous and professional. He resolved the problem in a very short time. We will definitely use this heating and air service again.
