Horrible customer service, horrible technical service. American home shield sent them out to fix an air-conditioning unit which they did not now I’m having to have another company actually come and fix it. Beware of using this company. The girl who answers the phone has horrible customer service skills as well.
I think you should hire this company if you want to be treated extremely rude and condescending by Joe. Zero stars absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.
Do not do business with this company they are rude. They do not know what they’re doing. They will not answer the phones or fix the problem. I don’t know how they’re even in business. Do not do business with this company!!!
This is a zero star company so I know I'm screaming into the void here but here we go. Another 1 star for this company and many more to come im sure. American home and shield sent the tech to our home because our furnace was leaking gas. After the tech came and “fixed it.” It was leaking gas even faster. I had to get the gas company to turn off the gas. They listed off some issues. It was rusty and it was leaning to one side because it was strapped “wanky”. They also said it was missing parts. JOE WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND SEEMED INCOMPETENT. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS! I HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLIANT TO THE BBB and yelp. I called the office and before I could tell her all of my concerns, she immediately took his side, didn't apologize for his behavior which tells me she has no concept of customer service.
