Technician placed order for Climate Master AC Coaxial Coil using CORRECT part number with Efrom from Thermal Supply in early July. Was told "expedited" shipping was "not" an option. Weather was in high 90's -102 degrees. Waited 10 days for part to arrive only to find Thermal Supply ordered incorrect part. Technician once again gave Efrom the same part number and asked him to "reorder" part. Again, was told "expedited" shipping was not an option even with the soaring temperatures.
