This company is very unprofessional. They avoid answering the calls and they request crane services and they don't pay. Unreliable.
We completed a crane service job for this company totaling over $3,000. The work was performed safely and as agreed. Since completion, we have made multiple attempts to contact them regarding payment, but our calls have gone unanswered. When we are able to reach someone, Mike and Alex continue to redirect responsibility to each other instead of resolving the outstanding balance. We value professionalism and timely payment, and unfortunately this has not been our experience. We hope this matter can still be resolved.
