Bought and paid over $3800 for a new window to be cut out and installed. Shortly after installation, the lock on one side of the window stopped working. I made contact with the company and they agreed to rectify. I had an exchange of several emails with Denise showing pictures and shortly after the appointment to was set for December 4, 2020.
