Ordered a bay window Jan 2023. Still waiting on the window to be completed by the mfr, supposedly. Two more weeks and no window, I will demand my deposit back. Look for another company as their are plenty. Just not acceptable to get a phone call from Thermal. Just bad businesss. No stars

I made the right choice. The windows were reasonably priced, good windows. The workers did an excellent job installing them. They were on time, polite, honest and did a good clean up job. Also, I like the fact that they offer you a lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
