Had these guys out to maintain my AC and when they left nothing worked. Called the next day and they wanted more money to come fix the problem. Ended up having to buy a new one from a different company due to damages caused.

Came out as scheduled and completed the work as expected. However, the final invoice was approximately double the quoted amount, which was not clearly communicated in advance. That lack of transparency was disappointing and felt unethical. I value straightforward pricing and would have appreciated clearer approval before additional charges were added.
