Awesome experience. Michael and Thermal King Inc was Amazing! Full transparency on my experience. We had a few other local company's out to diagnose my 20+ year old heat pump having issues in August. I work in appliance repair so I am familiar with alot of cooling systems. Those company's did not know how to even hook up their pressure gauges properly and went straight to trying to sell me on a new system or pay 3-4k to diagnose my existing. This is the best company in the area. Fair price and 24/7 service.
This shop should shut down. Absolutely awful workmanship. Companies like this give good contractors a bad name. Technicians leave garbage everywhere and don’t know how to fully do their job. Highly recommend calling somebody else.
