I love this company and have had outstanding service everytime. Ive had thermal king installed my heat pump and i had nothing but pleasant interactions when I called to schedule an appointment and truly enjoy the technician I had. We had some issues with the heatpumps coil that went out which was under warranty, and the same technician came out to fix it and did an amazing job. Charged me for 3 hrs at $121 and wasn’t with me for that long. Didn’t fix my problem and I had to buy a new water heater. They told me they could replace it for $2,000.00. Definitely not going to use these guys again. $400 was my total bill for maybe 1.5 hrs of work he actually done and that’s being generous.

Awesome experience. Michael and Thermal King Inc was Amazing! Full transparency on my experience. We had a few other local company's out to diagnose my 20+ year old heat pump having issues in August. I work in appliance repair so I am familiar with alot of cooling systems. Those company's did not know how to even hook up their pressure gauges properly and went straight to trying to sell me on a new system or pay 3-4k to diagnose my existing. Amazing technicians and service! Thermal-King has saved my walk-in refrigerator and everything in a couple of times. Hands down best commercial refrigerator repair service in town!
