Had my shades for about nine years now working like the day they were installed
We live i. Toronto Ontario. Could not find any one who will do shades for our sunroom glass celling. Found thermal design and its been great. Excellent service, communication and help. Coordinated with our manufacturer and finally we have sunbrella shades in our solarium.great product and great service. Shipping was a little expensive but still almost half price then loval quote.
Several years ago I had a 12'x20' Four Seasons Sun Room built on the back of my house, opening up on the pool deck. While I installed vertical shades all around the three perimeter walls, with an 12' cathedral ceiling, I quickly realized that I could use retractable shades in the overhead (Florida!). Fantastic company! Isabell and Steve were a pleasure to work with. The workmanship on the shades was exceptional! The shades were designed specifically for use on Four Season Sunrooms and fit perfectly with no modifications. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give Thermal Designs a 10!
I purchased a home with a Thermal Designs Sunshine room. There was a few broken parts on one shade. I called for parts and they had exactly what i needed and took really good care of me. I can't say enough nice things about my experience.
