Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Have been waiting for replacement windows since March, 2010. They dont have the courtesy to advise any status, requests for status are ignored, or they hang-up on you. Their motto is "We'll call you back tomorrow" and THAT never happens - maybe they don't have a tomorrow on their planet. Advice - be sure your wallet is in your front pocket and run in the opposite direction! They are not rated by the Better Business Bureau so beware! P.S.
