Shawn did a complete overhaul of my heating system and AC system in 2017. In. 2020 I lost my job and was considering selling my home when I realized a permit was never pulled for the job. I contacted Shawn and he was initially somewhat responsive but has since ghosted me when trying to contact him about getting this resolved. Who totally blows off their clients? Please think twice about hiring Shawn for any major work on your home - my suggestion - stay away! My review is rated below a 1 STAR!!!
I run a mechanic shop in the Worcester area. My heater broke down yesterday, And I called Peterson oil and they sent one of the techs to take a look at it after spending 3 hours and charged me a arm and a leg it ran for 10 minutes and stoped working again after he left. I called a buddy of mine And he referee me to Shawn, he came down today within 10 minutes he figured it out and my heater was up and running again!! Thank you!!
Felt Taken advantage of, charged me $230 to come out to look at my HVAC system and to give me a estimate on replacement. Everyone else gave me a free estimate. Did not even give me a receipt. Called and emailed several times asking for a receipt and a explanation as to what the $230. was for never sent one. Sent me a estimate though for replacement and that was several thousands of dollars higher than all other estimates. .
Shawn Whitney is responsive, reasonable, professional and very knowledgeable. Not only do I use him on a personal level but I recommend him to all my Real Estate clients as well. Highly recommend!!
Shawn Whitney was so great. I called him in the middle of a heat wave when our central AC unit was not working and he came over that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. He didn't even ask for any money up front but quoted us something extremely reasonable. I would 100% recommend him.
