Terrible Customer Service. Technicians do not call back, office will tell you that its your fault. I have yet to receive help.
I had an issue with a RTD thermal couple. Techs were great, needed to buy a replacement. I called to place, the person took my information and passed it also. Got an email quickly. I tried to call to place the order, spoke with about 5 people who couldn't take the order. I had to keep trying to get ahold of the exact person that sent the quote.
